Your repair request will only be processed between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. 
When the work ticket is created you will receive confirmation.  It will be attended to within the priority allocated and before we attend we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the work to be done.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Emergency or urgent repairs should be reported immediately by telephoning the Repairs Help Desk: 01449 724732 or 01449 724731.
